About Our Historic Clubhouse

A Historic Venue for Memorable Occasions 

The original Statesville Woman’s Clubhouse was purchased in 1927; the current one, built on the same site in 1928, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This unique venue is perfect for a wide variety of events in Statesville. Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed by a spacious reception area featuring a baby grand piano and two stately matching fireplaces, creating an elegant, warm and inviting atmosphere. The main event space, with seating for up to 75 guests, is bright and airy with soaring ceilings and large windows. High-speed internet is a plus for business events. Plus, we’re just a short walk from charming downtown Statesville.

$50/Hour, 3 Hour Minimum ($325 for Full Day)

Plus $60 Cleaning fee for all rentals
