Event proceeds will be split up to 50/50 between the Children’s Bridge Academy of the YMCA and the preservation of the SWC 95-year-old historic clubhouse.
Bridge Academy services Iredell County local homeless families with free After School Academy, Summer Day Camp, sports programs, Safety Around Water drowning prevention, anti-hunger initiatives and more.
The historic Clubhouse Capital Campaign is an endeavor to raise funds for large-scale repairs (roof, chimney, HVAC and plumbing). Pending are a wheelchair ramp and other interior / exterior updates to create a spacious, affordable, and beautiful Iredell County venue that SWC partners and patrons will be proud of.
