To renovate and revitalize the 95-year-old historic SWC clubhouse, a Preservation Fundraiser capital campaign kickoff event was held November 2022. Campaign proceeds will provide much needed critical improvements to the home’s plumbing system, chimneys, roof, and HVAC. Later, aesthetic improvements and ADA compliance projects will be pursued. Dana White offered: “We are preserving the past and present to invest in SWC’s future.” Involving 32 members planning and preparing extensively over five months, coupled with tremendous community support, SWC raised $30,000 of a $100,000 goal.
